📜 Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Xevon. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Xevon Discord Bot, its website, dashboard, APIs and any related services (collectively, the "Service").

By inviting Xevon to a Discord server, accessing the website, using the dashboard or interacting with any Xevon feature, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Service immediately.

👤 Eligibility

To use Xevon, you must comply with Discord's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines and all applicable laws and regulations.

• You must have permission to manage the server in which Xevon is used.
• You must not use Xevon in a manner that violates Discord's Developer Policies.
• You are responsible for ensuring that your server members comply with these Terms where applicable.
• You may only use Xevon for lawful purposes.

If your account or server is restricted by Discord, your access to Xevon may also be limited or terminated.

⚙️ Acceptable Use

Xevon is designed to assist communities through moderation, automation, ticket management, giveaways, logging, utility commands and other productivity features.

You agree to use Xevon responsibly and only for its intended purposes.

Examples of acceptable use include:

• Managing server moderation.
• Automating repetitive administrative tasks.
• Creating ticket systems.
• Hosting giveaways.
• Configuring welcome messages and reaction roles.
• Using utility and productivity features.

You remain solely responsible for any moderation decisions or automated actions configured using Xevon.

🚫 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited while using Xevon:

• Using Xevon to violate Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.
• Attempting to exploit vulnerabilities within Xevon.
• Reverse engineering or attempting to obtain proprietary source code.
• Using automated systems to abuse commands or overload the Service.
• Using Xevon to harass, threaten or impersonate other users.
• Attempting to bypass rate limits, permission checks or security mechanisms.
• Disrupting the availability or stability of the Service.
• Using Xevon for unlawful or fraudulent activities.

Violation of these Terms may result in suspension of access, blacklisting of users or servers, or permanent removal from the Service without prior notice.

🖥️ Service Availability

We strive to provide a reliable and continuously available service. However, uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.

Xevon may experience temporary downtime due to maintenance, software updates, infrastructure failures, Discord API outages or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

We reserve the right to modify, improve, suspend or discontinue any feature at any time without prior notice where necessary to maintain the security, stability or performance of the Service.

⛔ Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict or terminate access to Xevon, either temporarily or permanently, if we reasonably believe that a user or server has violated these Terms, Discord's policies, or engaged in activity that threatens the security, stability or integrity of the Service.

Termination may occur without prior notice where immediate action is necessary to prevent abuse, protect infrastructure, comply with legal obligations or safeguard other users.

Upon termination, your right to use Xevon immediately ends. Certain server configuration or moderation records may remain stored for a reasonable period where necessary for security, abuse prevention or legal compliance.

⚖️ Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Xevon is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

While we make every reasonable effort to provide a stable and reliable service, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, complete accuracy or that every feature will operate without errors.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Xevon and its developers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages arising from or related to your use of the Service.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Loss of server configuration.
• Loss of messages or moderation records.
• Discord API outages.
• Unexpected downtime.
• Data corruption caused by third-party services.
• Loss of revenue, reputation or community growth.

You acknowledge that your use of Xevon is entirely at your own risk.

📂 Intellectual Property

All software, branding, logos, graphics, documentation, website content and related materials associated with Xevon remain the exclusive property of the Xevon Development Team unless otherwise stated.

These Terms do not grant any ownership rights, licenses or permission to copy, distribute, modify or commercially exploit any part of Xevon without prior written authorization.

📝 Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time in order to reflect new features, improvements, legal requirements or operational changes.

When significant changes are made, the "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page will be revised accordingly.

Your continued use of Xevon after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of those revised Terms.
