Xevon provides users and server administrators with the ability to request deletion of eligible information stored by the Service. We are committed to handling deletion requests fairly, securely and within a reasonable timeframe.
Requests may be submitted through the official Xevon Support Server or through any official contact method provided on our website.
To help us process your request, please include sufficient information to identify the relevant Discord account or server.

- Welcome and farewell settings.
- Reaction role configuration.
- Ticket configuration and metadata.
- Auto moderation configuration.
- Custom command configuration.
- Logging configuration.
- AFK records.
- Reminder data.
- Temporary moderation records where applicable.
Deletion eligibility may vary depending on operational, security or legal requirements.
🔒 Information That May Be Retained
Certain information may need to remain stored for a limited period even after a deletion request has been received.
- Security-related audit logs.
- Information required for abuse prevention.
- Records necessary to investigate fraud or malicious activity.
- Data required to comply with applicable legal obligations.
- Minimal system records required for database integrity.
Where retention is necessary, the information will only be kept for as long as reasonably required and will not be used for unrelated purposes.

Can I request deletion of all my data?
Yes. Eligible personal and server-related information stored by Xevon may be removed upon a valid request, subject to the limitations described in this policy.
Will deleting my data remove Xevon from my server?
No. A data deletion request only removes eligible stored information. If you also wish to stop using Xevon, simply remove the bot from your Discord server.
How long does deletion usually take?
Most requests are processed within 1–7 days, although more complex requests involving multiple servers or extensive configuration data may take longer.
Can deleted information be recovered?
No. Once eligible information has been permanently removed from our systems, it generally cannot be restored.
📋 What Happens After Deletion?
Once your request has been completed, all eligible information covered by your request will be permanently removed from Xevon's production systems.
Some minimal records may remain where required for security, fraud prevention, abuse mitigation or compliance with applicable laws. These records are retained only for those purposes and are not used to provide normal bot functionality.
If you later invite Xevon again or reconfigure the Service, new configuration data may be created as part of normal operation.
